Combi gas holder with three membranes: separation of clean gas and raw gas
The AGROTEL Ceno Tec Combi gas storage tank is a tank-mounted, air-supported gas storage tank with three membranes, which in principle functions like a double membrane gas storage tank.
Separation of clean gas and raw gas
The raw gas and clean gas chambers are sealed off from each other by a separating membrane. This eliminates the need for a complex and cost-intensive expansion of the raw gas cleaning section.

- Air-supported gas storage tank with three membranes, mounted on a container

- Unpurified biogas (raw gas) is separated from the clean gas storage tank by raw gas membranes

Meterials of the gas storage
High-frequency welded PVC tarpaulin
Our technical textiles are high-frequency welded in accordance with DIN 18204-1. This protects the surface, while the highest temperature is applied to the seam, creating a perfect weld seam bond.
Metal components made of stainless steel
All metal components such as screw fittings and fastening technology are made of stainless steel. This makes them corrosion-resistant and durable.
UV-stable
For gas storage tanks, we use technical textiles that are UV-stable, weather-resistant, gas-resistant and anti-mould treated.
Specific types of tissue
The specific textile types are selected depending on the static requirements and pressure conditions.
Flame retardant
Our technical textiles are flame-retardant (B1) and non-dripping.
High operating pressures
The high stability of the PVC membranes enables operating pressures of up to 50 mbar.
