The Ceno Wall consists of an inflatable, plastic-coated, double-wall fabric. Thanks to its modular design, the temporary noise barrier can be installed quickly and is available in all dimensions. In the high frequency range, it reduces noise by up to 44 dB, as confirmed by the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics (IBP).

What characterises the AGROTEL Ceno Wallall aus

Noise reduction of up to 44 dB:

Thanks to the interplay of material and filling pressure, noise reduction of up to 20 dB in the medium frequency range and up to 44 dB in the high frequency range can be achieved with the Ceno Wall.

High stability with verifiable statics:

The required stability is provided by uprights that have been statically tested up to wind force 6. Alternatively, the wall elements can also be mounted on existing on-site scaffolding. The high-quality textile fabric is weather-resistant and UV-stable.

Flexibility thanks to modular design:

The length and height of the noise barrier can be customised thanks to the modular design. The elements are also cost-effective in terms of storage and transport.

Available at short notice:

The wall elements can be tied together into handy packages (40 kg) and thus delivered in a space-saving and cost-effective manner.

Quick and easy assembly:

The approx. 40 kg lightweight elements can be assembled effortlessly by two people. Using a blower, it takes a maximum of 10 minutes to inflate an element.

Sound insulation effect confirmed by the IBP:

The IBP (Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics) have confirmed the sound reduction effect of the Ceno Wall (DIN EN 1793-2:2013-04) on the basis of multiple metrological tests.

Proven effect of mobile sound insulation

Official metrological studies by the IBP (Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics) prove the effectiveness of the Ceno Wall. The mobile noise barrier modules therefore contribute to the effective protection of residents and employees in the vicinity of noisy work areas.

During demolition, renovation and new construction work, the noise barrier can be used to reduce the noise caused by machinery and construction work, especially in city centre areas or near residential and office buildings.

Events

At noisy events such as concerts or sporting events, mobile noise protection can be used to limit the spread of sound and protect residents and neighbouring areas from excessive noise.

Railway track construction work

Noise barriers are used in railway track construction projects to reduce noise from machinery and acoustic warning signals. Especially when work is carried out during low-traffic periods such as at night or at weekends.
