A saddle roof hall for EINBÖCK GmbH's agricultural machinery

The Upper Austrian company Einböck is one of the leading producers of agricultural machinery in Austria. A beam hall with a floor area of 450 m2 was built to expand the storage capacities.

    The project at a glance

The owner-managed family business Einböck is a specialist in the construction of agricultural machinery in the areas of grassland maintenance and renewal, as well as in the sector of mechanical maintenance equipment for organic farming. The machines are manufactured at the company’s own site on a production area of over 40,000 m². This involves some logistical challenges..

When the storage space had to be expanded quickly in 2019, the company planned a 450 m2 saddle roof hall made of double-T beams and technical textiles, together with AGROTEL. The 29 m long and 15 m wide warehouse for agricultural machinery is open on one side and, with an eaves height of 5 m, allows large machines to enter and exit. Two static ventilators in the ceiling ensure an optimal indoor climate.

The machine hall is anchored with ground nails, which eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming concrete foundations.
