Working with the horses – no matter the weather
The Hüllen family runs a horse stable in the idyllic Eifel region. To ensure that the horses can be exercised and trained in winter as well as in summer, a covered round pen with a diameter of 20 m as well as a 20 x 40 m indoor riding arena were built.

Horses are animals that want to move all day. The basic conditions for keeping them in a species-appropriate manner is sufficient outdoor exercise facilities that allow the animals to be kept on the move all year round. The Hüllen family in Lambertsberg in the idyllic Eifel provides this in two ways: Large paddocks for free exercise and two covered exercise halls for daily training.
For this purpose, a round pen with a diameter of almost 20 m was built and covered with a self-supporting domed roof from AGROTEL. The safely enclosed, bright indoor area is ideal for letting horses run free, for longeing and for getting young horses used to saddle and rider.
For training in the saddle, a 20 x 43 m indoor riding arena is available to the hirers and owners. Thanks to the roll-up windbreak curtains, the long side can be opened completely in good weather. In addition, windproof, translucent nets ensure perfect light and air conditions inside. Generous door solutions allow entering and leaving the arena by horse safely, as well as the ability to drive in with large machines for hall maintenance.
